Introducing Fleet Care

At the start of 2026, we introduced Fleet Care, our in house home maintenance program designed to support homeowners long after construction is complete.

Fleet Care was created so homeowners can live comfortably, knowing their home is being cared for at an elite level. For many people, owning a home comes with a constant underlying worry. Something could break. Something could fail. And often, there is uncertainty around who to call or how serious an issue really is. Our goal is to support homeowners who either do not have the time, the knowledge, or the desire to stay ahead of ongoing home maintenance.

Most major home issues begin as small, overlooked problems. A window frame that slowly rots, a minor leak that allows moisture inside, or a system that is not serviced regularly can eventually lead to costly and invasive repairs. Fleet Care focuses on preventing these issues before they escalate, protecting both the home and the homeowner’s peace of mind.

There is a significant gap in the construction industry once a home is completed. In most cases, the builder hands over the keys and moves on to the next project, leaving the homeowner fully responsible for the care and maintenance of their home. This transition period, between move in day and the moment a problem arises, is where many homeowners feel unprepared. Fleet Care was created to fill that gap.

It never sat right with us that homeowners are expected to manage something as complex as a high end home without the proper time, tools, or experience. Homes today are filled with advanced systems, specialty materials, and custom details that require ongoing attention. Fleet Care exists to ensure those homes continue to perform as they were intended to.

So what exactly is Fleet Care? It is a comprehensive home care and maintenance program available for homes we have built, as well as select other homes. While we are not focused on services like lawn care or snow removal, we do provide preventative maintenance and protective services that help extend the life of your home, preserve its value, and keep it performing at a high level. Above all, Fleet Care is about giving homeowners peace of mind.

The idea for Fleet Care grew naturally over time. After years of seeing the same avoidable issues arise and receiving calls from clients dealing with problems that could have been prevented, we decided to take action. For the homes we build, we want to stay involved long after construction ends. Each project represents an incredible investment of time, effort, and care, and that creates a lasting connection to both the home and the homeowner. Fleet Care is simply an extension of how we already approach our work.

Fleet Care services are organized into several key areas. The first is systems and life safety. This includes comprehensive inspections of mechanical systems such as water heaters, furnaces, heat pumps, and more. We ensure all equipment aligns with current code requirements and manufacturer recommendations, while also replacing filters and checking smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

The second area is water protection and moisture control. We inspect plumbing fixtures and water prone areas throughout the home, while maintaining sealants and weatherstripping as needed to prevent moisture intrusion.

Interior and exterior care make up the third and fourth service areas. Interior care includes services such as garbage disposal servicing, range exhaust cleaning, interior trim and wall touch ups, and dryer vent cleaning to improve both safety and efficiency. Exterior care focuses on seasonal gutter and downspout cleaning, along with power washing of decks, patios, and walkways to preserve appearance and longevity.

Fleet Care also includes home oversight and concierge services. This involves whole home walkthroughs and inspections, paired with on call support to address concerns promptly as they arise.

So who is Fleet Care for? While the program is primarily designed for homes built by Fleet, it is also available to homeowners who are looking for a higher standard of care. We focus on our own homes because we know them best. We understand every detail of the build, the materials used, and the contractors involved, which allows us to provide an unmatched level of service. For homes we did not build, our experience with high end construction, finishes, and systems gives us a strong foundation to deliver the same level of thoughtful care.

At its core, Fleet Care is about long term value and peace of mind. Buying or building a home is a major investment, and protecting it requires consistent, thoughtful maintenance. By extending the life of systems and finishes and identifying small issues early, Fleet Care helps homeowners avoid costly repairs and unexpected disruptions. Just as important, it keeps you connected to your home through ongoing communication, transparency, and trust, so you always know it is being properly cared for.

We believe our relationship with clients should extend well beyond the build. If Fleet Care feels like the right fit, visit our Fleet Care page to learn more or schedule a free consultation and home walkthrough.
