Where is Fleet based out of?

For the first few years of Fleet’s existence we built exclusively in the Boston area. Since 2023, however, we have shifted our focus to southern Maine. Primarily working along the coast from Portland to Kittery. While this region is our current focus, we are always open to exploring new areas, if a project is the right fit.

Do Fleet’s projects consist of renovations or new home builds?

We welcome both new home builds and larger renovation projects.

How long does it take us to build a new home?

This is a broad question with many variables, including the size and style of the house, as well as the various options our clients can choose. What we can say is that we do everything possible to work efficiently without sacrificing the quality of our homes. The quality of the product we deliver is our top priority.
